The rooms at Katus Hostel were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved having access to a full-sized fridge and microwave in my room, which made it convenient for snacking. The shared bathrooms were clean, and the showers had good water pressure. Plus, the free in-room WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hair dryers in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location of the hostel which allowed us to easily visit famous places in the center. the living room had a nice atmosphere and we particularly enjoyed our stay during the end of November to December when the Christmas market was being prepared.
We felt very comfortable during our stay at the hostel and have no complaints.

The hostel provided free luggage storage and a washing machine. The free Wi-Fi and common kitchen were convenient. I also enjoyed the rooftop terrace for some peaceful moments.
Pigeons on the rooftop terrace ruined my zen moment.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the hostel was excellent, situated in a convenient area close to key attractions and amenities. the breakfast provided was a great addition, offering a variety of options to start the day.
One major downside was the noise level in the hostel. Both late at night and early in the mornings, the common area and kitchen were quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The decoration at Katus Hostel was charming and had a cozy atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. , the location in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town made it easily accessible for senior people, allowing me to explore the city with ease.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive to the cleanliness of the kitchen. A cleaner and more organized kitchen would have enhanced the overall experience for senior visitors.

The hostel offers enough showers and toilets, making it convenient for guests. Moreover, the double-room option provides a private kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, giving a sense of privacy and comfort.
The Wi-Fi on the upper floor could be better.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at a charming hostel located in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town. The vintage decor and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. What I truly loved was the accessibility of the hostel's common areas and facilities for senior people like myself. I appreciated how well-maintained and easily navigable the hostel was, allowing me to move around comfortably during my stay.
My only minor suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more staff available to assist with any needs or inquiries. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, having additional support would have been beneficial, especially for us older guests.

The room was cozy and had a homey vibe, making me feel instantly comfortable. With a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, it was convenient for storing and preparing my own meals. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with showers and hair dryers provided. The free in-room WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected during my trip.
Personally, I would have preferred private bathrooms, but I understand that shared bathrooms might not bother everyone.
